About Broadmeadow
Broadmeadow is a Special School situated in Wolverhampton close to the city centre. We are a 75-place school for children aged from 4 to 9 years who have been identified as having need of special educational provisions.
We are committed to providing high-quality teaching, learning and care within a happy and stimulating environment.
We are continually developing and improving and have many excellent facilities, including a recently refurbished playground, sensory room, a huge trampoline for Rebound Therapy, interactive whiteboards in each of the six classrooms, two minibuses and a soft playroom.
The school has been inspected five times by Ofsted. At our latest inspection in July 2014, the report states that: “The school has sustained its previous outstanding quality so that pupils continue to make excellent progress, particularly in developing their communication skills”.
On December 1st 2016 we gained Academy status, joining Central Learning Partnership Trust.
