Broadmeadow Consultation – Capacity Increase
Broadmeadow Special School is part of Central Learning Partnership Trust, providing education for pupils aged from 2 –7 years with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties and / or Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Admissions to the school are as a result of Wolverhampton City Council determining that this is the most appropriate educational provision. Pupils admitted have an Education & Health Care Plan (EHCP) agreed by the Council which specifies Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
The school was rated outstanding by Ofsted in 2011 and 2014. In our last inspection in 2019, we were rated good.
The planned changes to Broadmeadow Special School will lead to more young people with disabilities in Wolverhampton being able to attend a Special School.
